Ever found yourself going into one of those Furniture and Electrical Retail super stores for a little look around and the next thing you know you have just purchased a 3-piece suite, 50 inch TV, 4 table lamps and a shaggy rug - just to complete the look! 
Once you are in the door you are greeted by the cheerful, friendly staff who will have as much product knowledge that you will require and probably wearing a good sized Name Badge (just in case you didn’t catch their name the first time). These Customer Service Staff are usually so good at what they do that you’ll have completely forgotten you only wanted to have a look at a few picture frames and instead you will have refurnished your entire Living Room!
It’s the knowledge and friendliness of those guys – it gets me every time!
