With security an increasingly important factor in premises from schools and hospitals to warehouses and other business sites, it is vital that staff can be easily identified.

ID cards are printed using a sublimation process in a rigid PVC material. They can include a photo, company logo, names, titles, barcodes & expiry dates. They can be supplied as card only, or in a holder with a choice of fastening, including lanyard, strap, clip or yo-yo reels. A variety of colours are available, as well as the option to personalise your lanyard.

What can I have on my badges?

Badges can be blank or with your logo. We can print names & titles on your badge, or you have the option of a reusable badge where you can print your names & titles yourself. There are many options available so please contact us to discuss what suits your needs

Do I have a choice of fittings for my name badges?

All our badges come with a choice of pin or magnet backing

Can I get a digital proof of my badge before ordering?

For all orders that are not a re-order of a previous design, we can provide a PDF digital proof of the design before producing your badges. Proofs are completely free of charge.

Do you supply eco friendly products?

Yes, our recycled and sustainable name badges are made from chalkboard or wood and are ideal for businesses seeking to make a positive impact on the environment.

Can I get a shaped badge that isn’t rectangle or oval?

Our standard/custom badges can be cut to whatever size or shape you require

What is the clear domed resin on badges?

This is a specialised acrylic domed protective coating that will keep your badges looking better for longer. The coating provides a barrier that raises the badge front, giving it a more appealing appearance. This is optional on all badges.

Do you supply the labelling machine for reusable badges?

Yes, we supply Brother handheld and desktop labellers, along with the required tape to suit your badge

Do you supply customised lanyards? Do you supply customised lanyards?

Yes, you can have the option of a blank lanyard, or customised with your own logo/information.
